3620917 - Workflow events are not triggered from SWEQADM

Symptom

  • Workflow event processing is not working as expected (e.g. workflows are not getting triggered; users do not receive work items; payment batches are not updated etc.).
  • In SM37, deadline job SAP_WORKFLOW_EVENT is released but no finished jobs can be found.
  • In SM37, scheduler job SAP_WORKFLOW_SYSTEM is running. In its job log "No authorization for operation 'Execute' of group 'ADMIN' (SWF_UTL001)" can be found.
