Assign an attribute of one journal entry item to another journal entry item.

In the app Manage Substitution/Validation Rules all created rules are either addressing a single Journal Entry Item or the Journal Entry Header individually.

If it is necessary to access the whole accounting document for example header and line items, for substitutions use BAdI journal entry FIN_ACDOC_SUBSTITUTION, for validations use FIN_ACDOC_VALIDATION, using the ABAP cloud extensibility BAdIs for Substitution for Journal Entries
