Symptom

The below error happened when access the Backend tab in Statistics and Analysis in Performance tools in SAC.

  • "Numeric overflow error. Please try again or contact your administrator.
    Correlation ID: 3564282684164307a820024674390173" 

Environment

  •  SAP Analytics Cloud (Enterprise) 2025.8.6

 

Reproducing the Issue

 

  1. Login to SAC.
  2. Go to System -> Performance -> Statistics and Analysis.
  3. Go to Backend tab.
  4. Notice Error happened:
    Numeric overflow error. Please try again or contact your administrator.
    Correlation ID: 5827649930584640b063159241452099
  5. If change one or two filters values to others than all, the error does not happen.

Cause

The issue is caused by a defect in the product.

Resolution

This issue is fixed in version 2025.8.14.
