3621006 - "Error while saving" or "An error occurred while saving your changes. Please contact your system administrator or Technical Support" when sharing Story report with an user even though the affected user exists on SAC side

When sharing a Story report to a specific user, the following error message is shown: "Error while saving" or "An error occurred while saving your changes. Please contact your system administrator or Technical Support."

According to KBA 2989998 - "Error while saving" when sharing Story report by User, it is because the user you are trying to share the report does not exists on the SAC side. However, you have checked via check tool and the user exists.
