3621021 - SAP Analytics Cloud NS2 tenant unable to connect to Fieldglass

Symptom

SAC User faces below error message when attempting to create a model based on existing Fieldglass connection. SAC Tenant is maintained into NS2 landscape.

  • Fieldglass reports could not be retrieved. Please try again.

  • Unknown error. Please se console log for details.

User can interact with the Fieldglass analytics API via Postman using the same credentials, but when trying to connect via SAC, it returns errors.

Connection cannot be Edit > Saved. Network error after adding user credentials.

  • Network trace (HAR) shows below error message:
