3621024 - Material Flow Missing in Production Requests

Symptom

  • System showing 'No records found' when trying to open the Material Flow in Production Requests.

Environment

SAP Business ByDesign

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Navigate to the Supply Control work center.
  2. Go to the Monitor Production Requests view.
  3. Find and select the relevant Production Requests.
  4. Click Navigate to and select Material Flow.
  5. Under Details > Table, observe that system displays no records found.

Cause

Production Specification (PRS) used in the reported Production Requests are In Process.

Resolution

  1. Release the relevant PRS.
  2. Create new Production Requests to resolve the issue.
