Symptom

After the LDAP server is restarted, the CMS is unable to authenticate users or retrieve user/group information from LDAP. This may result in:

  • Login failures for LDAP-authenticated users
  • Missing or outdated user/group data
  • Errors or warnings related to LDAP communication in the CMS logs
