Symptom
After the LDAP server is restarted, the CMS is unable to authenticate users or retrieve user/group information from LDAP. This may result in:
- Login failures for LDAP-authenticated users
- Missing or outdated user/group data
- Errors or warnings related to LDAP communication in the CMS logs
