3621110 - Issue while printing the performance form from the report center reporting - Detailed Document Search

When printing the performance forms via Detailed Document search, only 1st page is being printed. This issue occurs only with the Latest Forms.

1. Login to the Customer Instance and navigate to Reporting > Switch to Classic views.
2. Click on Classic Reporting > Detailed Document Search.
3. Click on Find User -> give Username > Search -> Select User.
4. Next, Dropdown -> Completed.
5. Generate Report -> Select the form -> Print -> Getting the Snapshot and first Page is printing not all the pages.
6. Turn off the Latest Forms in “Performance Management Feature Settings” and the issue doesn’t occur anymore.

OR

1. Click to view Tile reports on the homepage Select the report called Overall People Rating
2. Select the values in the section to allow the results to show
3. Click on the Form ID to open the form. See that the form shows then in a popup
4. Note that this extends over a number of pages.
5. Now right click and select to print the form.
6. Note that this will only allow the 1 page to be shown in the preview and the form is missing sections.
7. It only shows 1 page when it should show all.

This is a known limitation. 

With the latest form detail page, printing all the pages is not possible.

This issue is planned to be fixed by 2H25 release, however, please keep the KBA bookmarked for any further updates about this issue. Product Release & Road Map Information

Workaround:

1. Use the Archive and Print option to download PDFs together for the requirement. Refer to: 2087337 - ARCHIVED: How to Create an Archive, Retrieve an Archive and Print Documents - SAP for Me.
2. Turn off the latest performance management feature from Performance Management Feature Settings.
