3621146 - Anonymization - Data (for eg first name and last name) are not synced with candidate and application profiles-Recruiting Management

Anonymization - the candidates appear with the name and are only anonymized after we enter the candidate application and leave the application page  

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Goto recruiting
2. Job requisition 
3. Access candidates
4. Goto disqualify status
5. Observe the names being displayed which are anonymized
6. Open the application and close
7. Once you are back the name is anonymized

The synchronization between the candidate and application of the candidate would have not happened if the candidate snapshot was taken prior to the candidate's anonymization date.

Consequently, any subsequent updates to the Candidate Profile will not reflect in the Application, which is why you will still be seeing candidate's first and last name. While the other candidates have their names anonymized because their snapshots were taken after the anonymization process.

We can get the snapshot details via reporting tool from Application Entity

This is an expected behavior.
