3621196 - Match Code for Business Place Field (BSEG-BUPLA) Missing in FB01/FB60 After Upgrade

Symptom

After upgrading to SAP S/4HANA 2023, the match code (F4 help) for the Business Place field (BSEG-BUPLA) is no longer working in transaction codes FB01 and FB60. Users are unable to view or select values for the Business Place field.
