Symptom
Issues with Editor in interaction and Timeline - users can not reply to mails in some cases and are getting Error message: "Cannot convert blob:n"

Reproducing the Issue
- Go to Service Work center.
- Open Tickets view.
- Open impacted Tickets
- Go to Interactions facet and click on reply or reply All
- Email Feeder is Struck
Cause
The email thread to which we are responding contains multiple fonts
Resolution

To avoid formatting issues in C4C, we should ensure that all content in inbound emails is formatted using a single font - preferably one that is recognized as standard by the C4C system.

For emails already present in C4C, where the 'Reply All' option does not allow direct editing, the recommended workaround is to copy the content into an external application such as Microsoft Word, unify the font formatting, and then paste the updated content back into the C4C email composer.

Maintaining font consistency avoids unexpected formatting issues within the system.
