What determines the visibility of offer approvals via the "Offers" page from Job Requisition dashboard?

1. Recruiting>Job Requisitions
2. Click on "Offers" on top right hand of page
3. What determines what offers are visible here?

Users can view offer approvals from the "Offer" dashboard based on the offer approval status and their role in the approval process:

• They are the originator of an offer approval
• They are an approver of an offer approval
• They have the offerApproval feature permission for the status the candidate application is in on the job requisition template.

1. Not Started Status

• All users with the offerApproval feature permission on the job requisition can view offer approvals in the Not Started status.

2. Draft Status

• Only the Originator can view offer approvals in Draft status.
• Approvers can view the offer approval only after it has been submitted for approval.
• Other users with offerApproval feature permission cannot view these offer approvals.

3. Pending Status

• The Originator and Approvers can view offer approvals in Pending status. Visibility depends on the "Currently With" field:
  • If the "Currently With" user is not the logged-in user, the offer approval is available only under the All status.
  • If the "Currently With" user is the logged-in user, the offer approval can be viewed under the Pending status.
• Other users with offerApproval feature permission cannot view these offer approvals.

4. Declined/Rejected Status

• The Originator and Approvers can view offer approvals in Declined/Rejected status.
  
  • The Originator can view them under the Declined/Rejected status.
  • The Approvers must switch to the All status to view them.
• Other users with offerApproval feature permission cannot view these offer approvals.

5. Cancelled Status

• The Originator and Approvers can view offer approvals in Cancelled status.
• Other users with offerApproval feature permission cannot view these offer approvals.

6. Complated Status

• The Originator and Approvers can view offer approvals in Completed status.
• Other users with offerApproval feature permission cannot view these offer approvals.

Note: 

• Only offers for open job requisitions will appear on this page.
