The letter 'P' appearing unexpectedly in comments boxes within the New Performance Form Experience. 

• Go to Performance Forms
• Click on Comments sections

This behavior is not a defect and is considered desired behavior related to the new Rich Text Editor introduced in a recent release. The 'P' likely indicates a paragraph tag or similar formatting element within the editor. 

This is the standard behavior of the New Rich Text Editor in the Performance Form Experience. If the presence of the letter 'P' is undesirable, it is recommended to submit an enhancement request.
