3621407 - Attachments on the application and candidate profile are not accessible - DC74

Symptom

Attachments on the application or the candidate profile cannot be previewed nor opened:

  • on the new candidate workbench, the tab Resume and Documents will show "Document Conversion Failure"
  • on the legacy candidate workbench, the inline resume viewer will remain blank
  • on the candidate profile, clicking on the attachments show "500 internal error"
  • downloading the documents provides a blank htm file
