Symptom
When sending an outbound email from a ticket, the email appears under a different ticket, resulting in the email being threaded into the incorrect ticket and email chain. This happens only when multiple tickets are open simultaneously and emails are sent from different tickets in quick succession, without allowing the system sufficient time to fully load each ticket screen.
