Symptom
The requirement is to know how to change Decimal Point in SAP SuccessFactors.

Resolution
- Navigate to Manage Languages > download the Default Labels for the system language you want to change the Decimal Point;
- In the file, add "COMMON_DecimalPoint" as a Key and assign "," or "." as per requirement under the second column;
- Also add the key "COMMON_NumericGroupingSeperator" to the file, with the other separator not used above. In case you used "," as Decimal Point, add "." as Numeric Grouping Separator and vice versa;
- In Manage Languages, click on "Actions" (in the right side of the language name you want to change) and upload the file you just edited.
This will change the Common Decimal Point and Numeric Grouping Separator in several areas e.g. Compensation Information and Pay Components.
