3621424 - Screen Reader Does Not Display Tooltip When Talent Pool 3 Dot Button (More Actions) is in Focus

When navigating through talent pool tiles using a screen reader, a tooltip does not display when the 3 dots button (More Actions) is in focus. However, the tooltip will display when hovering over the button with a mouse.

SAP SuccessFactors Succession Planning

1. Log into SuccessFactors with a screen reader
2. In the module picker, select Succession
3. Select the Talent Pools tab
4. Using your keyboard, tab through to the talent pool tiles and a tooltip is missing from the 3 dots button (More Actions)

Browser design for Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox

The tool tip cannot appear on focus using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox because those browsers do not make standard HTML title attributes (HTML tool tips) visible on keyboard focus. Each browser is owned and managed outside of SAP and cannot be resolved within SuccessFactors.

Use Microsoft Edge for the tooltip to appear
