3621435 - Duplicate job requisition ID's in Recruiting Posting

Symptom

  • Jobs posted in RMK with a job requisition ID.
  • Job posting details show different reference numbers.
  • "Edit Post" shows job requisition id correctly , while "View Posting Details" shows another job requisition ID.

Environment

  • SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Posting
  • Production environment

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Proxy to user in charge of the Job Requisition.
  2. Go to job posting details.
  3. Click "Edit Post" and note the job requisition ID displayed.
  4. Click "View Posting Details" and note the job requisition ID displayed.

Resolution

It is due to auto-fill forms settings enabled in the User PC system browsers (Chrome, Edge...).

Auto fill feature not only update the selected field but also all the fields already filled.
