Getting Host Country Address Error in PDC step after adding Global Assignment.
Error: "Employment Users Sys ID is a mandatory field for host addresses"

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Add Global Assignment to an employee's profile in EC.
2. Log in as the affected employee.
3. Complete PDC step, maintain Host Country as Address Type. 
4. Click submit, this error will appear: "Employment Users Sys ID is a mandatory field for host addresses".

1. External User Visibility of object Global Assignment Configuration is No.
2. You must create an onSave rule to populate the value for user Sys ID. 

1. Set External User Visibility of object Global Assignment Configuration to Yes
2. Create business rule as per the screenshot. 
   
   
   
   
3. If the Employee User Id field if not available for you to select, please create it as seen below.
4. Manage Business Configuration.
5. homeAddress Model.
6. Add a field called emp-users-sys-id.
7. Label it and save.
8. You will then be able to add it to the rule.
