Symptom
Getting Host Country Address Error in PDC step after adding Global Assignment.
Error: "Employment Users Sys ID is a mandatory field for host addresses"

Reproducing the Issue
- Add Global Assignment to an employee's profile in EC.
- Log in as the affected employee.
- Complete PDC step, maintain Host Country as Address Type.
- Click submit, this error will appear: "Employment Users Sys ID is a mandatory field for host addresses".
Cause
- External User Visibility of object Global Assignment Configuration is No.
- You must create an onSave rule to populate the value for user Sys ID.
Resolution
- Set External User Visibility of object Global Assignment Configuration to Yes
- Create business rule as per the screenshot.
- If the Employee User Id field if not available for you to select, please create it as seen below.
- Manage Business Configuration.
- homeAddress Model.
- Add a field called emp-users-sys-id.
- Label it and save.
- You will then be able to add it to the rule.
