You have configured the model for Ticket Categorization and are wondering what inputs are taken int account by the model when determining the categories.

Here just the text content that is present when the ticket is created. So for example from the email that creates the ticket is taken into account. The machine learning model is based off of the pre-existing data in the system and from that it determines then determines the categories.
You can test using the test console and different inputs in the administrator work center for your active model to get a better idea of how this interacts with your data.
