Symptom
Same email notification is sent for all scenarios of the document, business requirement is to set up different email notification for each scenario.
Email notification is not sent due to wrong node ID.
Environment
SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition
Resolution
For example : email template for purchase order to send teh notification for recipient of the workflow
YY1_<Scenario_Id>_CRT_ALL
In place of 'ALL ' add the respective Node ID.
But since there are many node ID's for Various scenarios , follow below to know the Node ID
- Use the above template as it is and once the task has reached the 'my inbox' of the approver.
- Approver can select the task
- Go to User settings from his profile and Choose 'Support information'
- In the pop up showing Support information, Go to task information
- Go to task definition ID
- It has three parts separated by _ ,
- The last part is the Node ID
- Take the last two digits only
