3621574 - E-verify Tasks Completed but still Pending on Dashboard - Onboarding

E-Verify task was completed, but still pending on onboarding dashboard.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Complete E-Verify task.
2. Check the onboarding dashboard for pending tasks.
3. Observe that the E-Verify task remain pending despite completion.

E-Verify data has not received the latest synchronization from DHS.

1. Find the candidate's onboarding record on Onboarding Dashboard
2. Click the "E-Verify Data" hyperlink.
3. Click the "Refresh" button in the lower right corner to update the latest status from DHS.
4. Wait for the system to sync and refresh the page to see the updated status.
