Symptom
- On-Premise S/4 Hana applications where integrated to Work Zone;
- When accessing the applications one or more of the following errors occur:
- Blank screen;
- 404 error;
- This site can't be reached error message;
- When checking network traces, on-premise hostname is used instead of cloud connector url;
- Checking the network trace the following might be present:
- Requests failed with net::ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED or 404 status;
- On some scenarios, the error only happens when accessing the application via Sap Mobile Start.
