3621607 - Issues when opening On-Premise S/4 Hana application in Work Zone

Symptom

  • On-Premise S/4 Hana applications where integrated to Work Zone;
  • When accessing the applications one or more of the following errors occur:
    • Blank screen;
    • 404 error;
    • This site can't be reached error message;
    • When checking network traces, on-premise hostname is used instead of cloud connector url;
  • Checking the network trace the following might be present:
    • Requests failed with net::ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED or 404 status;
  • On some scenarios, the error only happens when accessing the application via Sap Mobile Start.
