3621607 - Issues when opening On-Premise S/4HANA applications in Work Zone

Symptom

  • On-Premise S/4HANA applications were integrated to Work Zone;
  • When accessing the applications, one or more of the following errors occur:
    • a Blank screen is rendered;
    • HTTP 404 error;
    • "This site can't be reached" error message;
    • "No RelayState mapping found for ..."
    • When checking network traces, the on-premise hostname of the system is shown;
  • On some scenarios, the error only happens when accessing the application via SAP Mobile Start.
