3621616 - Unable to locate user assignment section in SAP Signavio Process Manager

• User assignment section is no longer available in SAP Signavio Process manager -> Setup -> "Manage users & access rights".
• This missing functionality makes difficult to manage group management.

SAP Signavio Process manager

1. Navigate to SAP Signavio Process Manager.
2. Go to Setup > "Manage users & access rights" > User groups
3. Attempt to locate user group settings in the upper part of the function set tab.
4. Observe that the settings column is no longer available.

1. Refer to the update note provided by SAP regarding the intentional change: SAP Signavio Process Manager Update Note, on May 12, 2025:
   "To enhance the loading speed of the "Feature Sets" overview for groups, we've removed the user assignment section from the dialog. You can still manage group management, user assignments, and default group selection through user management in the Settings of SAP Signavio Process Collaboration Hub."
2. You can still perform user assignment and group addition/deletion to another group through SAP Signavio Process Collaboration Hub instead of using the Process Manager.
