3621620 - Unexpected reason code is displayed for asset which is marked as "Purchased Used"

Symptom

Field "Purchased Used" is checked in asset master, the expected output result for the property tax report reason code is 2 (Acquisitions of used assets). 
However, the system outputs reason code 1 (Acquisitions of new assets) instead.
