3621662 - Correspondence Email Recipient for TRM Forms Cannot Be Changed After Posting

Symptom

The Correspondence for TRM forms recipient email address cannot be changed to a new one when the Financial transaction and the correspondence key is already posted. The initial email recipient will always be used even if the email address in BP is changed and the correspondence key is regenerated.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Resolution

1. New Correspondence needs to be created to reflect the latest information in Business Partner. When creating new Correspondence, you can choose the option "Transaction as Template". After the creation is done, you can check the email address loaded into the Correspondence, to confirm whether it's the latest one.

2. Check app Output Parameter Determination:

Show Rules = Treasury and Risk Management Correspondence

Determination Step = Email Recipient

Remove fixed value defined in the customizing if there is.
