• feasibility check for contract triggering based on onboarding initiation source
• if a candidate is manually initiated for onboarding, the associated contract should be skipped
• if the candidate is initiated from the recruitment module, the configured contract should be triggered and sent to the candidate

SAP SF ONBOARDING

1. Manually initiate a candidate for onboarding.
2. Observe that the associated contract is not skipped.
3. Initiate a candidate from the recruitment module.
4. Observe that the configured contract is not triggered and sent to the candidate.

Expected behavior

1. As per the standard product design, there is no feasibility to automatically trigger the contract form based on the initiation of the onboarding process.
2. If a change or improvement in this system behavior is desired, submit an Enhancement Request to the product management team. This request will be reviewed, voted on, and could be included in the next release of the product.
