3621731 - Error message "No item type found for delivery item category DBTX, system &1" (/SCWM/ERPINTEGRATION 006) shows up in Warehouse Monitor app

Symptom

For the delivery which has an item with the category DBTX, no further actions can be performed, for example deleting or zeroing out the delivery.
Checking in Warehouse Monitor app, there is an error message：

No item type found for delivery item category DBTX, system &1 (/SCWM/ERPINTEGRATION 006)

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

 

Reproducing the Issue

Follow these steps to find the error message.

  1. Go to Warehouse Monitor app (SCWM/MON).
  2. Navigate to the node Tools - Message Queue.

Cause

The delivery item category DBTX is currently supported only in IM, and is not yet supported in EWM.

Resolution

Reject the stuck queue with this error message in Warehouse Monitor app according to the following screenshots.

For further use of the deliveries which has the item of category DBTX, consider using an IM related storage location to avoid the error.
