3621745 - Tile remains loading and KPI not displayed in Fiori Launchpad when filtering by date in Manage KPIs and Reports app

Symptom

If set date field to filter in Manage KPIs and Reports app, the tile remains loading and the KPI is not displayed when viewed in Fiori Launchpad.

  

There is following error in /IWBEP/ERROR_LOG
