3621762 - Classic MRP: Recreates unfirmed receipts in future with planning mode =1/2.

Symptom

During MRP run when using planning mode '1-Adapt planning data' or '2-Re-explode BOM and routing', 
in case the unfirmed receipts are in future (later than requirement date),
it is observed the system recreates planned orders or purchase requisitions.
