3621844 - Forecast Consumption Issue with "All Demand Consumes Preceding Forecasts" Setting

When the user sets the forecast for the previous month, adds dependent demands and sales orders, and then runs MRP, the forecast is not consumed.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Supply planning work center - Product view
2. Enter Product id and Planning Area 
3. Run the MRP Single BOM level
4. Forecast is not consumed.

In Material Master The Demand Management Procedure, is maintained All Demand Consumes Preceding Forecasts. So that system is not consuming the forecast. If we have two available forecast, then system consumes and fulfils the demand from the Preceding forecast and for the demand that is not fulfilled from the current forecast the preceding forecast is used.

The system is working as designed.
