3621892 - Duplicate line items displayed in My Purchase Requisitions - New app after approval

In the My Purchase Requisitions - New app, it is observed that after a Purchase Requisition (PR) item is created, ordered, and approved by an approver, reopening the approved PR results in the same line item being displayed multiple times. For example, item 00010 may appear duplicated several times in the item list.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Create and order a Purchase Requisition item.
2. Someone approves the Purchase Requisition.
3. Reopen the approved Purchase Requisition.
4. The same item appears duplicated multiple times (e.g., multiple same 00010 items).

• The issue occurs when an Organization Business Partner (Org1) has an address defined with an address number (e.g., 1234). This address number is mentioned as the Address Number for a Purchase Requisition Item in the Delivery Address facet.
• Org1 has relationships defined with Employee Business Partners having their own addresses (e.g., Employee1 - Address 1111, Employee2 - Address 2222).
• When an item data having address number 1234 is fetched, it retrieves address data of all the related entities (Org1, Employee1, Employee2) with join conditions, resulting in multiple records for the same item.

1. Open the affected Purchase Requisition line item in the Manage Purchase Requisitions – Professional application or the Create Purchase Requisition – Advanced application. 
2. Change the address type to user defined and save the changes.
3. Once this is done, the Purchase Requisition will display correctly in the My Purchase Requisitions – New application.
