3622021 - Mobile Learning – IAS and Validated Learning

The native mobile apps for SAP SuccessFactors Validated Learning do not currently support SAP Identity Authentication Services (IAS). It is not possible for external users who use IAS to log into the apps and activate Learning features.

• SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System
• SAP Validated Learning and SAP Validated Learning Preview mobile apps (iOS only, v9.0 and higher)

SAP SuccessFactors has not fully implemented IAS support for mobile server and mobile apps.

• If your organization considers the Validated Learning mobile apps to be an operational requirement, it is recommended that you do not migrate to SAP BTP IAS Activation at this time.
• We plan to introduce support for IAS in an upcoming release, as part of the commitment SAP’s Cloud Identity Services.
