3622026 - Work center capacity not taken into account when creating production or process orders

Symptom

When scheduling a production or process order, the system indicates that there is available capacity in the work centers. However, upon reviewing the work center capacity for that specific day using transaction CM01, it becomes evident that no capacity is actually available.
