• Scheduling the Job template "Change Collection Segment Data for Business Partners" results in an error and the message is displayed on the fiori app logs. Message "An error occurred. Please create an incident in FIN-FSCM-COL-2CL".
• Job template "Change Collection Segment Data for Business Partners" results in error message UDM_BUPA_MSG 062.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Access App Schedule Collection Management Jobs.
2. Job Template: Change Collection Segment Data for Business Partners.
3. In the parameters for Business Partner Selection provide the value for "Business Partner Grouping".
4. Provide the Segment Data to be Entered "Collection Group".
5. Schedule the job.

In the job parameter, only the business partner grouping was provided for business partner selection. The job parameter is not able to determine the business partner correctly for scheduling the job, resulting in the error "Choose selection option for business partner".

1. Ensure that the Business Partners numbers are provided in the selection field parameters when scheduling the job.
2. A range can be provided for the selection of business partner in a mass update.
3. This will help the system accurately determine the business partners and avoid the error "Choose selection option for business partner".
