3622087 - Build Process Automation Workflow and Task Center Restriction: Email notifications and in-app notifications are not being sent

• Using Build Process Automation (BPA) to create a workflow and using Task Center to check the Task created, there seems to be no notification
  • Pseudo explanation:
    • Step 1: Use Build Process Automation.
    • Step 2: Try to create a Workflow for a Task:
      • |__For example: Create a Workflow for a Task for a user.  For example: "Sales Order"
    • Step 3: Try to logon to the Work Zone as the user assigned to the workflow.
    • Step 4: As the user, check the notification icon (bell: top right).
      • The user will notice that the Notification shown is from the "Task Center" app only BUT no notification on Business Process Automation and No Email from the Build Process Automation area
      • Task Center specific Notification and/or Emails does shows up but any workflow created in BPA does not show in the Workzone -> Task Center -> Notification (Icon)
        • The goal is to also get notification to the user when the workflow was created in BPA, why is it not working?
• From what was shared in the SAP Online community: it states:
  • "In September 2024, SAP Build Process Automation released standard notifications integrated by default into all running processes. Now, with a simple configuration in BTP, all running tasks automatically generate notifications to the task recipient, keeping them up-to-date on their assignments wherever they are. Build Process Automation notifications use the SAP Notifications service, which means they are automatically sent over email, in-app notification center and mobile. More channels will be added in the future without any extra configuration work needed from administrators."
• Why are there no Notification or Emails shown to the user when logging in Workzone while using Task Center, and when a workflow was built-in BPA?
