3622091 - Activityid is required i-9 when trying close i-9 tasks - Onboarding

Symptom

Unable to successfully close or cancel pending i-9 task

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Navigate to Manage Data> Compliance Process> enter Compliance Process ID
  2. Take Action> Make Correction
  3. Set Compliance Process Status to Compliance Process completed or Compliance Process cancelled
  4. Click Save
  5. Error: activityId is required

Cause

Missing activityId

Resolution

  1. Copy the External Code under Responsible User section
  2. Click Details of the Subject User
  3. Paste the copied External Code in the activityId field
  4. Click Save
  5. Compliance task should now appear as completed or cancelled
