Symptom
Unable to successfully close or cancel pending i-9 task
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding
Reproducing the Issue
- Navigate to Manage Data> Compliance Process> enter Compliance Process ID
- Take Action> Make Correction
- Set Compliance Process Status to Compliance Process completed or Compliance Process cancelled
- Click Save
- Error: activityId is required
Cause
Missing activityId
Resolution
- Copy the External Code under Responsible User section
- Click Details of the Subject User
- Paste the copied External Code in the activityId field
- Click Save
- Compliance task should now appear as completed or cancelled
