3622153 - Error "you cannot save this project; billing element flag not set" in the Project Control - Enterprise Projects app

When deselecting the Billing Element field for a project with revenue in the Project Control - Enterprise Projects app, the error "You cannot save this project; Billing element flag not set" is thrown.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Create Project with Revenue.
2. Complete all the fields.
3. Edit the project.
4. Disable Billing Element field.
5. Error appears.

At least one billing element must be assigned to a project.

2. A project with revenue must contain at least one billing element. You can define multiple billing elements at different levels of the project structure. However, a billing element cannot have another billing element in its subtree, nor can it be part of the subtree of another billing element.
