3622229 - Matrix grid report : Y axis 'Potential' label is not showing up

Y-axis label 'Potential' is not populating in the Matrix Grid Report despite the Y axis label being correctly maintained for the locale under "Matrix grid Reports: Performance-Potential".

1. Go to Succession >> Performance-Potential Matrix
2. You can observe y-axis label is not showing.

Y-axis label has white font - causing the user to not see the label. On double clicking and selecting the text, label shows. The color of both background and text are white which makes it invisible. 

• The color of the Matrix Grid y-axis label is controlled via the following element in Theme Manager: Fine Tune > Tables and Lists >  Header Text Color.
• Update the color of this text via table.headerTextColor in custom theme.
• Instead of white text, we recommend customer to use lighter shades that make the text still visible with customer Header background color and the text visible on the Y axis.
