SAP SuccessFactors Talent Intelligent Hub

Prerequisites
RBP -> Administration permissions -> Manage Talent Intelligence Hub Settings -> Enable Growth Portfolio role-based permission.

To enable Growth portfolio for all 

1. Go to Admin Center and choose Company Settings  Manage Talent Intelligence Hub.
   2. Choose Portfolio Settings.
   3. Choose Enable.
   4. Growth Portfolio is enabled for all users.
    

To enable or restrict Growth portfolio access for specific users:

Go to RBP (Manage permission roles) -> Open the required role -> User permissions-> Growth portfolio-> Growth portfolio (Actions) enable "View" option.

Only when Growth portfolio View permission is granted , respective users will see Growth portfolio tab from drop down of the home screen.

Note: It system expected Behaviour .

When User A accesses User B’s profile with Role-Based Permissions (RBP), the Growth Portfolio tab is visible; however, no Growth Portfolio data is displayed.

The Growth Portfolio tab is shown because User A has the necessary RBP permissions to access the Growth Portfolio feature. However, User A is restricted from viewing User B’s Growth Portfolio data because User B is not included in User A’s authorized Target Population, as defined in People Profile > Growth Portfolio permissions.

As a result, the system correctly displays the Growth Portfolio tab while preventing access to the associated data.
