3622306 - FTE Value Reset to 0 Due to Performance Management Update

A change triggered from the Performance Management module is resetting the FTE (Full-Time Equivalent) field from 1 to 0 (null) in the Job Information section of impacted user profiles.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Job Information

Prerequisite: An Off Cycle is configured to trigger on Post Save rules, which in turn trigger an event for Performance Management. 

1. Hire a user. Upon hiring, the FTE value is set to 1.
2. Run an Off Cycle process.
3. After the Off Cycle runs, the FTE value is reset to 0.
4. The change in FTE is reflected in the History UI, attributed to Performance Management.

This is a Known Issue. 

A patch will be deployed to preview instances on July 1st and to production instances on July 3rd, 2025.
