3622315 - "Employee Time" object, "Employee Time Sheet Entry" object and "Allowance" object are not found in the flexible period timesheet

• "Employee Time" object and "Employee Time Sheet Entry" object are not found in the flexible period timesheet even after recordings are done in the time sheet UI. 
• "Allowance" object is not found in the flexible period time sheet after creating allowance in the time sheet UI. 
• Custom fields configured in object Employee Time Sheet Entry / Allowance cannot be found in the time sheet UI.

SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking

1. Navigate to a flexible period time sheet. 
2. Create a new attendance. 
3. Create a new allowance.
4. Check Manage Data and notice that in Employee Time Sheet object, the "Employee Time Sheet Entry" section and "Allowance" section are blank. 
   

This is expected system behavior. 

• The Flexible Period timesheet adopts the new data model in which attendance is recorded in the "Time Recording" object.
• "Time Recording" is independent of the "Employee Time Sheet" object and can be searched directly in Manage Data.
• Under the new data model, the "Employee Time" and "Employee Time Sheet Entry" objects are no longer used for attendance recording.
• The "Allowance" object has also been replaced by the "Allowance Recording" object.

As of the 1H 2505 release, the old data model is only used when the time sheet approval period is Legacy week. 
For any other time sheet approval periods, the new data model is followed.
