Symptom
- After reaching Identity Provider logon(IdP) page and entering credentials, it not redirected to BI, instead the following error is thrown.
Account information not recognized: Enterprise authentication could not log you on. Please make sure your logon information is correct. (FWB 00008)
- According to the springsaml log:
SAMLDefaultLogger:127 - AuthNRequest;SUCCESS;
SAMLDefaultLogger:127 - AuthNResponse;SUCCESS;
<saml2:NameID Format="urn:oasis:names:tc:SAML:1.1:nameid-format:emailAddress">xxx.xxx@xxxx.com</saml2:NameID>
