3622375 - Members are NOT Updated in Dynamic Target Group

• Dynamic Target Group is not updated automatically to include members who meet the conditions.
• "Finished with Error" might be observed in the Execution Status.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to the Sales Campaign work center
2. Go to the Target Groups work center view
3. Open the Target Group
4. Go to the Members tab
5. Search for the Account that should be determined automatically by the member determination

Result: The Account is not added as a member.

It might be caused by UI and Backend inconsistency. The Execution Status might say "Finished with Error".

*Note that this is one of the causes for the issue, and may not apply to your case.

Deactivate and reactivate the Target Group.
