3622389 - Image field does not appear in the Item details tab

The 'Image' field in the Item details tab does not appear even though it is enabled to display from the entity configuration.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning 

1. Access Learning Administration 
2. Navigate to Learning Activities -> Items-> Search and open any item
3. Noticed the Image field is not available.

There is a possibility that the 'showItemThumbnailPhotosGlobally' property is disabled in the LMS_ADMIN configuration.

To enable the property 'showItemThumbnailPhotosGlobally' in the LMS_ADMIN configuration, follow the steps provided below:

1. Access Learning Administration
2. Navigate to System Administration > Configuration > System Configuration > LMS_ADMIN
3. Search for "showItemThumbnailPhotosGlobally" property
4. Set it to "true"
5. Apply Changes

Additionally, make sure the 'Image' field is enabled in an Entity configuration to display. If it isn't, please follow the steps below to enable it :

1. Access Learning Administration
2. Navigate to System Administration > Configuration > Entity Configuration
3. Search for Course Overview "Image" -> Enable Display checkbox
4. Save
