Reproducing the Issue

  1. Work Center Application and User Management.
  2. Communication Arrangements view.
  3. Search "Scanned Invoice Integration" Communication Scenario.
  4. Click Check Completeness.
  5. Error "User name for outbound communication missing".

Cause

This is a known issue.

Resolution

We currently advise you to create a case with Business ByDesign Product Support and provide the user ID and the Password of your choice so that our Development Team will maintain the same from the back end to tackle the issue.
