3622470 - troubles adding more than 11 links in help menu configuration for sap process manager

It is not possible to add a new link to the Help Menu in Process Manager. You can still click on the "+" and save, but if you reopen the setting, the link is not there anymore. There is no error.

Please note: there is a limit of possible characters used for links and their description. The limit has been set to 3999 characters. The possible workaround would be to use an application which can shorten the links, or to use an entry model, i.e. Navigation Map, containing all links.
