3622474 - How to turn off notifications for users listed in table BW4FLPNOTIFREC in BW/4HANA

Symptom

  • After BW4 upgrade, several users receive notifications from system even though the reports RS_BW4_FLP_NOTIF_DELETE and RS_BW4_FLP_NOTIF_OFF have been executed, but some users still receive emails.
  • The issue only occurs for users that not have access to BW4Cockpit and are listed in table BW4FLPNOTIFREC.
