3622508 - SAP Business ByDesign 2505 Hotfix Collection 2 Information

Following is the list of fixes* delivered with the Hotfix collection 2 performed in 2505 release of SAP Business ByDesign.   

The Hotfix collection is planned to be deployed to tenants during the respective planned maintenance window on/after the 21st of June 2025. Please check the planned maintenance downtime window of your tenant from the Service Control Centre.

Output Management

• From various company attributes, the system should select only the most recent one, specifically the currently active attribute. (Hotfix ID: 1000035960).

Tax Management

• Customers can access the output CSV file of the EC sales list, which combines the columns for Country ID and VAT Registration Number into a single column. (Hotfix ID: 4500028533)

Cross-Country Extensions 

• The issue regarding the absence of the second decimal place value for CH QR payments has been resolved, and the bank application is now capable of reading the QR codes. (Hotfix ID: 1000035090)
• This pertains to a legal modification concerning the verification of invoices in Spain. (Hotfix ID: 1000034420)
• This correction ensures that the allocation number is accurately reflected in the VAT return. (Hotfix ID: 4500029242)
• In the context of business configuration, the descoping of the BIS question is applicable solely to Pint, which is supported exclusively for New Zealand and Australia. (Hotfix ID: 4500028822)

Tax Declaration

• Customers will have the ability to utilize the new Tax Number Type 'TRN - Tax Registration Number' for Mongolia. (Hotfix ID: 4500026698)
• Regarding Spain, the issue with the submission of the SII Outgoing Tax Return has been addressed. With this resolution, customers will be able to submit the SII Outgoing return without any difficulties. (Hotfix ID: 4500025568)
• The new income types 1040-13, 1040-14, 1040-15, and 1040-16 must be maintained in the decision tree for WHT Italy. (Hotfix ID: 4500028496)

 

Supply Chain Management 

Analytics

• A solution has been implemented to guarantee that the inventory balance report presents the data when run from the physical inventory work center utilizing the selection parameters "Product Category" and "Actual Execution Date". (Hotfix ID: 4500024839)

 Physical Inventory Task 

• Ensure that the default Logistic Task folder is selected whenever a PI Document task is created, provided that a default Logistic Task folder exists. (Hotfix ID: 4500026384)

Product Requirement Specification Processing  

• Previously, users were unable to set default values in the Product Model when the number of product assignments exceeded 10. Now, users can assign default values to the properties even if the number of product assignments surpasses 10. (Hotfix ID: 4500026265)

Supply Relationship Management

Purchase Request Processing 

• The issue pertains to the absence of product specifications in the Purchase Request during its creation. Therefore, corrections have been made to display the product specifications when creating the Purchase Request. (Hotfix ID: 4500029700)

• In the subject line of the reminder email concerning the in-approval task related to time recordings, the description for the service ID was inaccurate. Therefore, with this correction, the description has been amended to "Service ID," and the project task name has been included in the email subject information. (Hotfix ID: 4500025869)
