Symptom
When user change email address under Employee Central through MS Teams selecting this new email as primary, it shows as changes saved successfully. However, if the user already have a primary email configured, the change is not shown since there was already a primary email for that user.
This is causing confusing on customer experience since the message "Changes saved successfully" shows even though the changes were not saved.
